The UTD Mercury

For the 2007-08 school year, Student Government (SG) spent $20,976.93 on events and items. SG receives a budget of more than $100,000 each year to pay for salaries of an administrative assistant, the SG advisor, SG officers and attorneys available free to students. SG receives all of its funds from student fees. Below is a breakdown of money spent each month and where the money went.
