Q: How much do you dislike your parents (aka student government) for giving you the name TEMOC?

A: I don't dislike them at all! Actually, it helps with my dyslexia a lot!

Q: How would you gauge school spirit here on campus?

A: Spirit here at UTD is growing every year.  Each new class is beginning to see that there are many things here for them to be proud of, causing them to become involved, making the school better and better.  As this happens, students become happier here and, in turn, more spirited.

Q: What can you do to change or improve campus spirit?

A: I'm going to get out there and go crazy at some games!  All I want to do is be able to make Comet fans cheer a little louder and all I want to see is Comets playing better and better.  The most important thing is for students show school spirit.  I can't help them if I never see them!

Q: Does representing UTD make it easier to pick up ... um, whatever types of people you would be interested in dating?

A: Oh, yeah.  The ladies really like my huge smile and crazy hair.  Plus I have the added advantage of not only having rock hard abs, but abs actually made out of rock.  I'm so popular that I was once actually chased by a medium-sized mob of women.

Q: What is your favorite sport - or will telling get you in trouble with the other athletes?

A: I love all the sports, but I have a soft spot for the ones that people don't normally hear about, like Rugby, Cricket and Ultimate Frisbee. I think if people would go to more games or play more sports they'd see what a blast the UTD sport scene is.

Q: Do you have to take classes?

A: I don't have to, but I've snuck into a few of them to keep myself occupied.  The first class I tried was Calculus I, and that definitely had an unhappy ending!  After that, I decided to stick to what I knew, so I tried out the yoga, weight lifting and racquetball classes.

Q: What advice do you have for the incoming UTD students?

A: Get as involved as you can on campus!  Your college experience will be so much richer if you find what you love to do here at UTD. Go to the games, join some clubs, and go to some more games! See you around!
