Rent to increase in aparments, res hall

Residents of University Village, the residence hall, and some Waterview Park apartments should expect to pay more for rent this coming year, as higher rates have been proposed for the living spaces.

University Village:

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom: increasing from $672 to $704

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms: increasing from $578 to $605

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms: increasing from $452 to $473

Residence Hall:

Increasing from $562 to $589

Waterview Park:

A1 (studio, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 384 square feet): increasing from $536 to $542

A2 (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 452 square feet): increasing from $585 to $595
