Don't be alarmed: Aug. fire drills begin

The UTD Department of Environmental Health and Safety will be conducting a fire drills this semester.

Dean's offices within the buildings will develop and update a Building Evacuation and Sheltering Plan in conjunction with the Safety and Fire Evacuation (SAFE) Leader Program and the Office of Emergency Management.

    Green Fellowship applications are now available for students who have completed at least two years of study at UTD and are majoring in biochemistry, biology, chemistry, computer science, electrical engineering, molecular & cell biology, neuroscience, physics or psychology.

    Fellows receive training, research experience, 12 hours of credit and a $4,000 stipend.

    Applications are due in October and are available at www.utsouthwestern.edu/greenfellows
